ROES Web

Runs in the browser, on desktop, tablet and phone. A few things worth knowing before you start:

  1. Use Google Chrome or Safari.
  2. If you are ordering from TIFF files, use Safari. Chrome has a known TIFF issue that Google has yet to fix.
  3. Order from 8-bit RGB files only.
  4. The login section at the top of the screen is not currently used.
  5. If anything goes wrong, contact us or call 732-536-1808.

Download and install it once, then order from your own machine:

  1. A Java-based application that downloads and runs on either PC or Mac.
  2. The better choice for ordering from a large quantity of images, or from very large files.

Before you upload

Three things that prevent almost every problem.

8-bit RGB

JPEG or TIFF, 8 bits per channel, in a normal working RGB space. Nothing else goes through cleanly.

Size it first

Build the file at the size you are ordering. If you need an odd size, extend the canvas to a size we offer.

Soft proof

Our ICC profiles are free. Proof in them before you commit to a large order.

Get the ICC profiles
